Canonical Timeline does not store complete payment card numbers.

Payment information is processed according to Stripe's security and privacy practices.

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.


10. Artificial Intelligence

Canonical Timeline uses AI-assisted tools internally to assist with software development and engineering.

Production customer data is not used to train generative AI systems.

We do not provide production user data to AI providers for model training.


11. Analytics

We use a self-hosted instance of Umami to understand how visitors use the Service.

Umami is a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data. It may collect anonymized information such as:

  • Pages visited
  • Device type
  • Browser type
  • Approximate country-level location
  • Referring websites

No personal identifiers, IP addresses, or tracking cookies are involved.

We do not sell your personal information.
